What is the MATC Connection?
During their senior year, students from Tenor High School attend Milwaukee Area Technical College to earn college credits for free! Students can earn an MATC program certificate or technical diploma, credits for an associate degree, or credits to be transferred to a 4 year degree program.
Since 2012, Tenor students have earned program certificates in the following areas of study:
- Boiler Operator
- Electrical Construction
- Entrepreneurship
- Healthcare Customer Service
- IT Level 2 Service Center Tech
- Nail Technician
- Real Estate
- Welding
Students have earned technical diplomas in the following areas of study:
- Aesthetician
- Architectural Woodworking/Cabinetmaking
- Audio Engineering
- Automotive Collision Repair & Finish Technician
- Automotive Maintenance Technician
- Barber
- Carpentry
- Cosmetology
- Dental Assistant
- Dental Assistant (Bilingual)
- Dental Technician
